Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack of credits. There's nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
What does one credit get me?
One image at 1K or 2K, or a third of a 4K image (a 4K image takes 3 credits because it costs us about three times as much to make). With 100 credits for $9.90, a 1K or 2K image works out to about 10 cents.
Do I have to buy before I try?
No. Sign in with Google and your first 1K image is free.
What if an image fails?
Its credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for images that finish.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email support@getstepsnap.com within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full. Credits you've already used can't be refunded.
Who handles the payment?
Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. They process your card and add sales tax or VAT at checkout where your country charges it. We never see your card number.
Is GetStepSnap affiliated with Google?
No. GetStepSnap is an independent service that runs AI models made by other companies, such as Google's Nano Banana 2.1, and charges for the images you make here.
