Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack of credits. There's nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
What does one credit get me?
On Nano Banana 2.1, one image at 1K, half a 2K image or a third of a 4K image (bigger images cost us more to make, so 2K takes 2 credits and 4K takes 3). Nano Banana Pro costs us more, so a Pro image takes 3 credits at 1K or 2K and 6 at 4K. A GPT Image 2 or 2.5 image takes 2, in any shape. On every model, attaching 3 or 4 photos to one image adds one more credit. A 2.1 image at 1K works out to about 14 cents with 70 credits for $9.90, or about 25 cents with 20 for $4.90.
Is there a free image?
No. Every image is paid with credits, and the smallest pack is $4.90 for 20. Each tool page shows the results we got and the prompts we used, so you can see what you'll get before you buy.
What if an image fails?
Its credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for images that finish.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email support@getstepsnap.com within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full. We reply within 1–3 business days. Credits you've already used can't be refunded.
Who handles the payment?
Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record. Waffo processes your card, works out any sales tax or VAT at checkout and pays refunds. The charge shows on your statement as WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE. We never see your card number.
Is GetStepSnap affiliated with Google?
No. GetStepSnap is an independent service that runs AI models made by other companies, such as Google's Nano Banana 2.1, and charges for the images you make here.
